DEVELOPMENT

Mobile food carts offer unique benefits and challenges which differ from opening a free standing restaurant. Your Nathan’s Development Team will assist you with cart fabrication, design, training, marketing, and ongoing support. Your Franchise Business Consultant will assist you and your management team with all pre-opening requirements, food and supply orders, on-site crew training, and developing a marketing plan. A facility to support your mobile cart is required.

ON-GOING BUSINESS CONSULTATION

Our Franchise Business Consultants have years of experience in the QSR industry. The focus of their responsibility will be to assist you and your management team to maximize sales and profits. They will make periodic visits to your location to conduct business consultations.

MARKETING SUPPORT

Before your mobile cart opens, you will work with Nathan’s Marketing Team and your Franchise Business Consultant to create a customized marketing plan for your store. There are a variety of marketing support materials available to open your store, increase sales and average check, and build repeat business. Innovative marketing strategies, iconic branding elements and exciting new menu offerings will drive positive consumer impressions.

POWER USAGE

Up to 15-17 hours on Battery Power.

Soda Cooler has capacity for 300-500 bottles and/or cans depending on how they are stored. The entire cart is equipped with wrap around overhead storage and under counter storage.

Cart can be staffed with a minimum of one and a maximum of three, to meet any anticipated volume.

UTILITY COSTS

Approx. $50 per tank. Batteries must be replaced after one year of use. Approximate replacement cost of $1000.
